The TBG 100 effectively stuns sheep, market hogs and large hogs. This is achieved through the use of three different programs. There is constant amperage with each of these three programs to assure proper application depending on the size of the animal. If the amperage falls below 1.3 (the minimum needed for adequate electrical stunning) there is both a visual and acoustical indicator. With proper amperage application, animal welfare standards are met, production efficiency is maintained, and meat quality is achieved (no blood spots or broken bones). This is due to the initial rapid rise in amperage and the fact that it is a constant amperage stunner as opposed to a voltage regulated stunner.
The stunner has a visual and acoustical indicator when the minimum stunning time is reached.
The TBG 200 has all of the attributes of the TBG 100 but in addition displays the number of stuns, amps and volts digitally. It also comes with data collection software for recording stunning parameters. Voltage, current (amperage), and frequency (Hz) are analyzed in the form of daily or monthly statistics showing date and time. CD with software program and USB drive are included. The TBG 200 can also be used for swine euthanasia.

The TBG 300 is a constant amperage stunning device with newly developed innovative control technology. This allows the set value to be obtained within 300 milliseconds and hold it during the entire required stunning time. This rapid current increase improves the stunning effect in conjunction with the stunning time ensures humane animal slaughtering.
The integrated data logger performs a true RMS measurement and records the significant parameters (amperage, voltage, frequency and amperage flow length) for each stunning procedure. The measuring interval of 100 milliseconds enables a precise error definition and thus signaled by the stunning device.
